Politica di Backup e Protezione dei Dati

Sanet adotta una strategia di backup multilivello progettata per garantire la massima protezione dei dati e la continuità dei servizi. Sebbene nessun sistema di backup possa garantire il recupero al 100% in tutti i casi, la nostra infrastruttura è realizzata per offrire un elevato livello di affidabilità, con verifiche e test di ripristino periodici eseguiti da Sanet senza tempi di fermo o esposizione dei dati.

Backup a Disposizione del Cliente

Gli utenti di ISPConfig possono eseguire in autonomia il backup dei servizi a cui sono iscritti direttamente dalla piattaforma, tra cui:

Questi backup sono gestibili e consultabili dal pannello di controllo utente.

Backup Giornalieri dell’Infrastruttura

Tutte le macchine virtuali ospitate da Sanet vengono sottoposte a backup quotidiano su storage sicuro in sede. In questo modo è sempre disponibile una copia recente dei dati in caso di guasti o cancellazioni accidentali.

Disaster Recovery Remoto

Oltre ai backup locali, una seconda copia dei dati viene conservata off-site in un’infrastruttura dedicata al Disaster Recovery. Ciò protegge i servizi anche in caso di eventi maggiori che colpiscano il sito primario.

Archiviazione Offline Annuale

Una volta all’anno viene eseguito un backup completo manuale:

I dati vengono salvati su un HDD esterno cifrato con LUKS.
Il supporto viene quindi conservato in una cassaforte fisica.

Questa soluzione offre una copia offline, duratura e protetta da manomissioni.

Test Periodici di Ripristino

Sanet effettua periodicamente test di ripristino per validare integrità, coerenza e affidabilità del sistema di backup. Le verifiche vengono eseguite in modo trasparente, senza interruzioni del servizio e senza esposizione dei dati dei clienti.

Customer Self-Service Backups

Customers using ISPConfig have the ability to back up their subscribed services directly from the hosting platform. This includes:

Website data
Databases

These backups are accessible and manageable from the user control panel.

Daily Infrastructure Backups

All virtual machines hosted by Sanet are backed up every day to secure on-site storage. This ensures that a recent copy of system data is always available in case of failure or accidental deletion.

Remote Disaster Recovery

In addition to the local backups, a second copy is stored off-site in a dedicated disaster recovery environment. This protects hosted services even in the case of major incidents affecting the primary location.

Yearly Offline Archival

Once per year, a full offline manual backup is executed.

Data is stored on an external HDD encrypted with LUKS.
The disk is then secured in a physical safecase.

This provides a long-term, offline, and tamper-resistant backup layer.

Periodic Recovery Testing

Sanet performs periodic data recovery and restore tests to verify the integrity, consistency, and reliability of the backup system. These tests are carried out transparently, without service interruption and without exposing customer data.

Obwohl kein Backup-System in jeder Situation eine 100%ige Wiederherstellung garantieren kann, ist unsere Infrastruktur auf ein sehr hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit ausgelegt. Regelmäßige Wiederherstellungs- und Integritätstests werden von Sanet ohne Serviceunterbrechung oder Datenexposition durchgeführt.

Kundenverwaltete Backups

Benutzer von ISPConfig können ihre gebuchten Dienste direkt über die Plattform selbst sichern, darunter:

Diese Backups können vom Benutzer im Control Panel eingesehen und verwaltet werden.

Tägliche Infrastruktur-Backups

Alle bei Sanet gehosteten virtuellen Maschinen werden täglich auf einer gesicherten lokalen Speicherinfrastruktur gesichert. So steht im Fehlerfall oder bei versehentlichem Löschen stets eine aktuelle Kopie verfügbar.

Remote-Disaster-Recovery

Zusätzlich zu den lokalen Sicherungen wird eine zweite Kopie der Daten extern in einer dedizierten Disaster-Recovery-Umgebung gespeichert. Dadurch bleiben Dienste auch bei schwerwiegenden Vorfällen am Hauptstandort geschützt.

Jährliche Offline-Archivierung

Einmal pro Jahr wird ein vollständiges manuelles Backup erstellt:

Die Daten werden auf eine externe Festplatte gespeichert, die mit LUKS verschlüsselt ist.
Das Medium wird anschließend sicher in einem Tresor aufbewahrt.

Dies bietet eine langlebige, offline verfügbare und manipulationssichere Datensicherungsebene.

Regelmäßige Wiederherstellungstests

Sanet führt regelmäßig Restore-Tests durch, um Integrität, Konsistenz und Zuverlässigkeit des Backup-Systems zu prüfen. Diese Tests erfolgen transparent, ohne Ausfallzeiten und ohne Offenlegung von Kundendaten.
